Ingredients:
Onions
Peppers
Skinny bread mix
Egg whites
Plain nonfat Greek yogurt
BBQ sauce
Cheese
Bacon bits
Chicken
Pineapple
Parmesan cheese (optional)
Red pepper flakes (optional)
Directions:
(Optional) Sautee onions and peppers on your griddle or pan
Add 1/2 cup of Skinny mix in a bowl, 1/2 cup of egg whites, and 1/4 cup of plain nonfat Greek yogurt, then spread over your onions and peppers on your burner & cook for 3 minutes
Put on BBQ sauce. Then put some in a little bowl to mix with chicken. Once mixed put it on top of your pizza that is cooking
Add pineapple for a taste
Add cheese & bacon bits and cook for a little longer
Optional: top with Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes for a delicious zing
Wrap individually in parchment paper and put in a Ziploc freezer bag (If wanted for meal prep)
