Ingredients:
Diced purple onion
Peanut Butter
Tahini
Skinny bread mix
Eggwhites
Curry Seasoning
Pink Salt
Plain nonfat Greek yogurt
Directions:
Sautee 1/2 diced onion in a mini dash express
1T of Peanut butter
1T of Tahini
You can add a little water to make it more moist then mix
Sprinkle hint of Curry seasoning & pink salt
Use 1/4 cup skinny bread mix in separate bowl
1/4 Cup eggwhites
2T Plain nonfat Greek yogurt & mix
Put your pie filling on top of your mix being cooked on the griddle
Use the rest of your mix to put on top to make a pie and finish cooking in a dash express
