Chaldean Onion Pie

Ingredients:

  • Diced purple onion

  • Peanut Butter

  • Tahini

  • Skinny bread mix

  • Eggwhites

  • Curry Seasoning

  • Pink Salt

  • Plain nonfat Greek yogurt

Directions:

  1. Sautee 1/2 diced onion in a mini dash express

  2. 1T of Peanut butter

  3. 1T of Tahini

  4. You can add a little water to make it more moist then mix

  5. Sprinkle hint of Curry seasoning & pink salt

  6. Use 1/4 cup skinny bread mix in separate bowl

  7. 1/4 Cup eggwhites

  8. 2T Plain nonfat Greek yogurt & mix

  9. Put your pie filling on top of your mix being cooked on the griddle

  10. Use the rest of your mix to put on top to make a pie and finish cooking in a dash express
