Directions:

  1. In a cereal bowl mix 1/4 cup Garlicaholic bread mix with 1/4 Cup EggWhites

  2. 2T Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt, Mix and microwave 90 sec

  3. Top with Parmesan chicken (see recipe in meat category)

  4. Mozzarella cheese & parmesan cheese

  5. You may have to microwave again for 30 seconds to melt the mozzarella cheese
