Ingredients:

  • Bakers Basic Cake Mix

  • Egg Whites

  • Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt

  • Blueberry Extract

  • Lemon Oil

Directions:

  1. Add 3 Cups Bakers Basic Cake Mix

  2. Add 3 Cups Egg Whites

  3. Add 1 1/2 Cups Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt

  4. Add 1 Tablespoon Blueberry Extract* and 1/4 teaspoon Lemon Oil *Blueberry and lemon Extract/Oil depends on what brand you use. You should add it and taste it raw before cooking it to make sure it has enough flavor.

  5. Bake at 350 for 45 Minutes
