Peanut Butter Cookie Cake

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups Bakers Basic Cake Mix

  • 1 1/2 cups egg whites

  • 1 1/2 cups peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup sweetie






Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. In a large mixing bowl, add 3 cups Bakers Basic Mix and 1 & 1/2 cups of egg whites. Mix until combined.

  3. Add 1 & 1/2 cups of peanut butter to the mixing bowl and stir until thoroughly combined.

  4. Stir in 1/4 cup of sweetie.

  5. Grease an 11 x 17 pan and spread the mixture evenly.

  6. Bake for 40 minutes at 350°F (175°C).

  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool down.

  8. Slice the cake into 12 even pieces.
