Ingredients:

  • Bakers Basic Cake Mix

  • Egg Whites

  • Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt

  • Philadephia Cream Cheese

  • Vanilla Extract

  • Sweetie

  • Heavy Whipping Cream

Directions:

Twinkie:

  1. 1/4 Cup Bakers Basic Cake Mix

  2. 1/4 Cup of Egg Whites

  3. 2T Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt

  4. Mix & Microwave for 2 minutes

Twinkie Filling:

  1. 2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream

  2. 4 Oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese

  3. 1/4 Cup Sweetie

  4. 1/2 TSP Vanilla

  5. Blend and enjoy

  6. Don’t forget you can add extracts to give it flavor other than vanilla. For example, a few drops of banana extract will give it a banana cream flavor.

  7. Cut in the middle of the breading and spread your filling out
