Weight Loss Tea

Ingredients:

  • Hot / Cold Water

  • Tea Bags

  • Ice

Directions:

Hot Tea:

  1. Place one tea bag in a 6-8 fl oz. cup

  2. Add hot water and let it steep for 3-5 minutes before drinking.

  3. Sweeten to taste

Iced Tea:

  1. Pour 2 cups of hot water over 6 bags in a quart container.

  2. Let it steep for 10 minutes

  3. Remove tea bags

  4. Add 2 cups of cold water

  5. Pour over ice
