Bulk Skinny or Garlic Waffles/Burger Buns

Ingredients:

  • Skinny Bread Mix or Garlicaholic Bread Mix

  • Egg Whites

  • Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt

  • HTM Seasoning

Directions:

  1. 1 CUP MIX = 1 CUP EGG WHITES

  2. Add 5 cups of Skinny Bread Mix or Garlicaholic Bread mix and 5 cups of Egg Whites

  3. Add 2.5 cups of Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt

  4. Blend and Mix

  5. Spray your pan(s) and start filling the pans up with your mix

  6. Once you have the mix spread out sprinkle on some HTM seasoning

  7. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes for bread. We recommend the Dash Mini griddle for burger buns and the dash no-drip waffle maker for waffles.
