Skinny/Garlic Burger Buns Protein Style

Ingredients:

  • Skinny bread mix or garlicaholic bread mix

  • Oat fiber

  • Plain nonfat Greek yogurt

  • Egg whites

Directions:

  1. 1/4 Cup skinny bread mix or garlicaholic bread mix

  2. 1T oat fiber

  3. 1/4 Cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt

  4. 1/2 Cup egg whites

  5. Mix thoroughly and pour into waffle maker for waffles, or griddle for burger buns. We recommend the Dash Mini griddle for burger buns and the dash no-drip waffle maker for waffles.
